Follower sind auf Twitter eine hochgesch\u00e4tzte Spezies. Eigentlich wollen alle st\u00e4ndig neue Follower und schielen unentwegt auf den kleinen Z\u00e4hler in ihrem Profil. Bei Zuw\u00e4chsen sch\u00e4umt die Freude dann \u00fcber und es wird getweetet. Erst k\u00fcrzlich hatte ich schon wieder so einen Tweet in meiner Timeline: Irgendjemand hatte irgendeine runde Zahl geknackt und verk\u00fcndete das stolz per Tweet. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man stelle sich das mal in der Realit\u00e4t vor. Ich stell mich auf die Stra\u00dfe und rufe lauthals: \u201eHabe seit heute 50 Bekannte!\u201c Schon merkw\u00fcrdig. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Anscheinend ist die Begeisterung so gro\u00df, dass man mit den folgefreudigen Twitterern sogar Gesch\u00e4fte machen kann. Zumindest stolpere ich oft genug \u00fcber Tweets, in denen man mir die Follower gleich im Sechstausender-Pack anbietet. Nat\u00fcrlich nur gegen Bezahlung. Was kommt als N\u00e4chstes? Ich seh uns schon nach Followern am W\u00fchltisch fischen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf die richtigen Follower kommt es an<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aber echte Follower sind eigentlich nur die, die durch deine ganz normalen Tweets auf dich aufmerksam werden. Denn nur dann kann man davon ausgehen, dass du und dein neuer Follower gemeinsame Interessen oder zumindest einen \u00e4hnlichen Humor habt. Und das ist ja die Basis f\u00fcr Interaktion auf Twitter. Die richtigen Follower zu bekommen \u2013 das ist der Sinn der Sache! Auf all die wild folgenden Linkschleudern und Werbefuzzis kann man getrost verzichten. Die stecken einem schon genug Briefe unter der T\u00fcr durch. Konfuzius sagt: Qualit\u00e4t statt Quantit\u00e4t! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wo bekommt man sie also her, die guten, wahren Follower? In erster Linie durch interessante Tweets. Du w\u00fcrdest ja schlie\u00dflich auch niemandem folgen, bei dessen Timeline du g\u00e4hnend vom B\u00fcrostuhl kippst. Gute Tweets sind clever, schlagfertig, poetisch oder \u00fcberzeugen durch neue oder relevante Inhalte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn du also deine Timeline mit entsprechenden Tweets f\u00fcllst, wird deine Follower-Zahl \u00fcber die Zeit hinweg langsam, aber stetig ansteigen. Ein wenig Geduld braucht es allerdings schon.
