Wenn sich dann nicht gleich der Erfolg einstellt, schlafen die Social-MediaVersuche von Unternehmen schnell wieder ein. Aus dem, was einmal f\u00fcr Interaktion und Austausch sorgen sollte, wird eine digitale Info-W\u00fcste.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Grundproblem ist meistens, dass die Betreiber Social Media Marketing mit Werbung verwechseln. Anstatt in die Unterhaltung einzusteigen, wird wieder nur hinausposaunt wie eh und je. Ein Werbelink jagt den n\u00e4chsten und statt des Fotos eines Ansprechpartners prangt nur das Logo auf dem entsprechenden Profil, m\u00f6glichst gro\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dahinter steckt meistens der Gedanke, dass Werbung eben Umsatz bringen muss. Verkaufen, verkaufen, verkaufen! Und genauso lesen sich dann auch die Beitr\u00e4ge. Es geht immer nur um die eigene Firma, den neuen Service, das tolle Produkt. Mach das besser nicht!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Content marketing is like a first date. Doch danach werden viele Seiten von Handwerksbetrieben, Dienstleistern und Kleinunternehmen nicht mehr gepflegt \u2013 keine Kommunikation, kein funktionierendes Social Media Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstatt immer nur \u00fcber dich und dein Unternehmen nachzudenken, versuche es genau anders herum: Denke an die Leute, die deine Information erhalten. Was kannst du N\u00fctzliches, Sympathisches, Interessantes, Unterhaltsames oder Neues in die Konversation einbringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Denk nicht an Umsatz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erst einmal v\u00f6llig uneigenn\u00fctzig und ohne Umsatzzahlen im Kopf. Denn wenn du es schaffst, eine funktionierende Social-Media-Pr\u00e4senz aufzubauen, wird sich dein Einsatz ganz von allein auszahlen. Daf\u00fcr musst du aber bereit sein, etwas zu investieren: den sogenannten Mehrwert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Gl\u00fcck hat das nichts mit der gleichnamigen Steuer zu tun. Es geht viel mehr darum, deinen Fans, Freunden, Kontakten oder Besuchern einen triftigen Grund zu geben, eine Verbindung zu deinem Unternehmensprofil herzustellen.
