Aber irgendwie lief das wie mit den Handys damals: Gruppenzwang vom Allerfeinsten. Fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter waren einfach alle Leute \u00fcber die Onlinemedien vernetzt, und wenn man nicht die n\u00e4chste Geburtstagsfeier verpassen wollte, musste man dabei sein.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohne irgendein Profil bei StayFriends, Facebook, XING, Wer kennt wen oder MeinVZ mutierte man auch beim Mittagessen mit den Kollegen schnell zum stummen Beobachter. Eines Morgens ertappte ich mich dann dabei, dass ich mich in meine Netzwerke einloggte, noch bevor ich nach den E-Mails geschaut hatte. Ein klarer Beweis daf\u00fcr, dass ich v\u00f6llig drin stecke im Social-Media-Gequassel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media wird zum Label<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mittlerweile gibt es Abertausende von Websites, Plattformen und Portalen, die in die Kategorie Social Media fallen. Der Begriff geht auch so leicht \u00fcber die Lippen, dass alles M\u00f6gliche mit dem hippen Etikett versehen wird. Selbst wer im Englischunterricht mit dem th k\u00e4mpfte, kann den Trendbegriff l\u00e4ssig in jede Unterhaltung einstreuen. Dabei ist l\u00e4ngst nicht alles Social Media, wo Social Media drauf steht. Besonders im Marketing sollte man zwischen Social Media und Social Networks unterscheiden!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Social Networks ist der Name Programm: Es handelt sich um Anwendungen oder Plattformen, bei denen die Vernetzung registrierter Nutzer im Vordergrund steht. Man kann sich mit Menschen, die man kennt, austauschen und je nach Schwerpunkt des Netzwerks auch neue Kontakte herstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00bbSocial Media\u00ab: Darunter versteht man eher Informationskan\u00e4le oder Kommunikationsmedien. Es geht hier viel mehr um den Inhalt auf der Plattform, als um die Personen. Das \u201eSoziale\u201c daran ist, dass die Informationen und Meinungen diskutiert, ausgetauscht und kommentiert werden. Meistens wird der Inhalt sogar von den Nutzern gemeinschaftlich erstellt und zusammengetragen. Die Meldungen, Artikel, Blog-Beitr\u00e4ge, Videos oder Fotos werden au\u00dferdem innerhalb des Internets von den Nutzern weiter verbreitet.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YouTube: Social Media oder Netzwerk?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Netzwerk Friendster wurde beispielsweise gegr\u00fcndet, damit sich fremde Menschen leichter, aber auch sicherer kennenlernen k\u00f6nnen. In sozialen Netzwerken geht es also gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils um dich selber und deine Freunde. Testen wir mal an einem Beispiel, ob das passt: YouTube \u2013 Social Media oder doch Netzwerk? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich f\u00e4llt YouTube in die Kategorie Social Media. Der Gr\u00fcndergeist von YouTube bestand ja darin, in einer Art Filmtagebuch Meinungen oder Fragen einzustellen. Manche Leute haben sich da hochpolitisch gezeigt, andere haben \u00fcber ihr Hobby oder alte Zeiten geplaudert. Andere Nutzer konnten die Beitr\u00e4ge dann wieder kommentieren. YouTube war also eher ein Video-Blog. Das Projekt war so erfolgreich, dass es nicht lange dabei blieb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du findest dort jetzt alles, was sich mit einer Kamera festhalten l\u00e4sst: Music-Clips, Kurzfilme, Anleitungen f\u00fcr Handwerker, Schminktipps, Urlaubsvideos, Imagefilme, Tanzkurse etc. Und zwar nicht nur von Privatleuten, sondern in zunehmendem Ma\u00dfe auch von Unternehmen, die selbst produzierte Videos heutzutage immer \u00f6fter f\u00fcr die schnelle, unterschwellige Verbreitung von Werbebotschaften einsetzen (virales Marketing).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anfangs habe ich noch versucht, mich den Social Media zumindest privat zu verwehren.
