Die Zahl der Nutzer, die Dells Aktivit\u00e4ten auf Twitter verfolgen, hat sich in drei Monaten um 23 % auf rund 1,5 Millionen erh\u00f6ht.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00bbMikroblogging\u00ab ist eine Form des Bloggens, bei der die Benutzer kurze, SMS-\u00e4hnliche Textnachrichten ver\u00f6ffentlichen k\u00f6nnen. Die L\u00e4nge dieser Nachrichten betr\u00e4gt meist weniger als 200 Zeichen, bei Twitter sogar nur 140 Zeichen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Angesichts des Dell-Jahresumsatzes von 61,1 Milliarden US-$ (2008)&nbsp;nimmt sich das Vertriebsergebnis \u00fcber Twitter bescheiden aus. Dell sch\u00e4tzt Twitter aber dennoch als wichtiges Werkzeug, um mit seinen Kunden zu interagieren, und als dynamischen Vertriebsweg mit hohen Wachstumsraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Nachrichten zu Rabatten und Sonderverkaufsaktionen des Elektro-Giganten Dell erhalten aktuell rund 1,5 Millionen Menschen. Und das vollkommen freiwillig!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media ist der Weg zum Kunden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Vorteile von Nachrichten an deine Kunden \u00fcber Social Media liegen klar auf der Hand. Sie sind im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Marketing deutlich g\u00fcnstiger, der Aufwand ist \u00fcberschaubar und sie kommen nachweislich besser an als ungewollte Werbebotschaften. Denn die Empf\u00e4nger haben dir mit einem Klick auf den Gef\u00e4llt mir-Button von Facebook oder den Folge ich-Button auf Twitter die Erlaubnis gegeben, sie mit Informationen \u00fcber deine Produkte, Angebote und Aktionen zu versorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch eine Studie der Agentur index best\u00e4tigt diesen Social-Media-Trend: Bereits 60 % der befragten Unternehmen nutzen das Internet f\u00fcr PR-T\u00e4tigkeiten. F\u00fcr 27 % sind On- linekan\u00e4le sogar der Mittelpunkt der Kampagne. Und die drei st\u00e4rksten Marken weltweit sind l\u00e4ngst nicht mehr tren- dige Sportartikelhersteller oder Fast-Food-Ketten, sondern Social-Media-Plattformen, n\u00e4mlich Facebook, YouTube und Wikipedia.
