Ohne ein Ziel wei\u00dft du auch gar nicht, welchen Weg du einschlagen sollst. Darum ist es wichtig, dass du dir vor allem anderen Gedanken dar\u00fcber machst, welches Ziel du mit deinen Marketing-Aktivit\u00e4ten in den Social Media \u00fcberhaupt verfolgen m\u00f6chtest. Dabei geht es allerdings nicht um Zahlen wie \u201e250 Facebook-Fans bis zum Ende des Jahres\u201c.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantitative Zahlen machen zumindest innerhalb der \u00fcbergeordneten Strategie wenig Sinn, denn die Aktivit\u00e4t und der Dialog, den du herstellst, sind f\u00fcr das Marketing sehr viel wichtiger als schn\u00f6de Kennziffern. Konzentriere dich daher auf die Qualit\u00e4t!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was Unternehmen mit Social-Media-Pr\u00e4senzen bewirken m\u00f6chten, ist nat\u00fcrlich sehr individuell und von vielen Faktoren abh\u00e4ngig, wie beispielsweise Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Branche. Jedes Unternehmen muss darum seine eigenen Ziele definieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media st\u00e4rkt Kundenbindungen<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele Netzwerke und Portale sind der ideale Ort, um Kunden an ein Unternehmen zu binden. Dadurch, dass Fans, Follower oder wie auch immer die Social Media-Kontakte hei\u00dfen m\u00f6gen, freiwillig Informationen beziehen, ist ein Grundinteresse ja schon gegeben.<br> Darauf kannst du hervorragend aufbauen, indem du interessante und n\u00fctzliche Informationen bietest. Durch den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kontakt bist du bei deinen Kunden stets pr\u00e4sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem bietet die soziale Komponente der Netzwerke die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehung durch eine pers\u00f6nliche Note zu erg\u00e4nzen. Der Sympathiefaktor kommt also noch hinzu. Wenn du erst mal gut bei deinen Kunden platziert bist, wird dich so schnell kein Mitbewerber aushebeln k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reichweite ausweiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiteres wichtiges Ziel in der klassischen Werbung ist die Reichweite. Die Kampagne, egal ob auf Plakaten, im Fernsehen oder im Radio, soll von so vielen Menschen wie m\u00f6glich gesehen werden. Denn je mehr Menschen von dem Unternehmen h\u00f6ren, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist die Chance auf neue Kunden.
