[dropcap letter=“I“]ch bin ein Social Media-Dinosaurier. Schon 2006 richtete ich im beschaulichen Edinburgh mein (erstes) Facebook-Profil ein. Zugegeben: Eher gezwungenerma\u00dfen, als Teil meines damaligen Jobs n\u00e4mlich. Trotzdem fand ich mich schnell zurecht:<\/p>\n

2008 verzeichnete ein von mir betriebene Twitter-Account 14.000 Follower. Seit dem bin ich auf allen m\u00f6glichen Plattformen und Netzwerken unterwegs – privat wie beruflich.<\/p>\n

Aber wie das bei Dinos so ist, erinnere ich mich\u00a0besonders gerne an die wilden Jahre zwischen 2008 und 2012, als es mit Social Media so richtig los ging. Als alles noch von Hand getippt wurde und man f\u00fcr so manche fehlende Funktion einen kreativen Work-Around brauchte. Als Kunstfiguren wie Westerwave auf Twitter f\u00fcr viel Spa\u00df sorgten und gro\u00dfe Marken reihenweise in enorm unterhaltsame Fettn\u00e4pfchen stapften.<\/p>\n

Die Textvorlagen zu den Beitr\u00e4gen auf dieser Seite sind in dieser Zeit entstanden, d\u00fcmpelten aber lange auf meinem Rechner herum. Nun habe ich Ihnen neues Leben eingehaucht, denn sie geben einen Eindruck davon, wie ich – stellvertretend f\u00fcr viele – die Ver\u00e4nderungen in den ersten Jahren der sozialen Netzwerke wahrgenommen habe. Und was uns damals wichtig erschien…<\/p>\n

Das Annodazumal-Net ist ein Nostalgie-Projekt f\u00fcr alle, die sich an die fr\u00fchen Zeiten von Facebook & Co. erinnern m\u00f6chten. Ein virtuelles Dino-Valley mit vielen bunten Blumen, saftigen Gr\u00e4sern und frischen Wasserl\u00f6chern f\u00fcr einen kleinen Klatsch \u00fcber die gute, alte Zeit.<\/p>\n
